Venue: School Campus

Children’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and happiness. Students enjoyed the day with energetic dance performances that filled the hall with excitement. The cheerful music, colourful costumes and group dances made the celebration even more joyful. Children participated wholeheartedly, enjoyed every moment and created beautiful memories with their friends. The celebration truly brought smiles, fun, and togetherness to the entire school.

The celebration began with a short introduction on the importance of Children’s Day and the values of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

Conclusion

Children’s Day celebration ended with lots of joy and laughter. The students enjoyed the dance and activities, making the day memorable for everyone.

The event concluded with happy faces and energetic performances. It was a delightful celebration of Children’s Day.

Our school library celebrated Reading Promotion Week with great enthusiasm and participation. The main aim of this c

elebration was to encourage students to develop a love for reading and make it a part of their daily routine. Various activities such as book displays, poster making, book review writing, storytelling sessions, and reading competitions were organized throughout the week. Students actively participated and shared their favorite books and authors. The celebration helped to create an environment full of curiosity, creativity, and the joy of reading.

केंद्रीय विद्यालय रंगापहाड़ में मनाया गया नेशनल लाइब्रेरियन दिवस। 

केंद्रीय विद्यालय रंगापहाड़ में 12 अगस्त को  स्कूल के सभागार में नेशनल लाइब्रेरियन दिवस बड़े उत्साह के साथ मनाया गया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत कक्षा 7 के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा की गई जिसमें एक नाटक का आयोजन किया गया जिसके माध्यम से दूसरे विद्यार्थियों को किताबों के प्रति प्रेरित किया।

कक्षा छठी की छात्रा ने डॉ. रंगनाथन की जीवनी पर प्रकाश डाला। इसके पश्चात पुस्तकालय अध्यक्ष श्रीमती मंजू ने नेशनल लाइब्रेरियन दिवस मनाने के महत्व पर विस्तृत जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि किस प्रकार गणित के प्रोफेसर होने के बावजूद डॉ. रंगनाथन ने लाइब्रेरी विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देकर उसे नई पहचान दी और उनके द्वारा दिए गए पांच सूत्र ने लाइब्रेरी साइंस जगत में क्रांति ला दी। ।

 लाइब्रेरियन दिवस के अवसर पर 12 अगस्त को अलग-अलग कक्षाओं में क्विज प्रतियोगिता और विभिन्न गतिविधियों पर प्रकाश डाला गया और अधिक पढ़ने की प्रेरणा जगाई तथा उन्हें नियमित रूप से पुस्तकों के साथ जुड़ने के लिए उत्साहित किया।

विद्यालय के विद्यार्थियों को पुस्तक एवं पुस्तकालय के महत्व एवं पठन संस्कृति पर प्रेरक विचार साझा किए।

 Benefits of Book Mark 📖 

A bookmark is something you attach or place on the inside of a book before closing it to help you remember where you were up to. Some common everyday objects you can use for bookmarks are receipts, slips of paper, ribbons or paperclips. 

A bookmark activity can be a fun and creative way to celebrate reading, particularly during events like World Book Day or Read a Book Day. These activities can involve designing and decorating bookmarks, making them a personalized keepsake or gift. 

Here's how a bookmark activity can be used for celebrations:

1. Design and Decorate Bookmarks: 

Materials:

Provide materials like paper, cardstock, crayons, markers, stickers, and other craft supplies.

Templates:

Use printable templates or create your own designs with spaces for personalization.

Themes:

Incorporate themes related to the celebration, like favorite book characters or event-specific designs.

2. Bookmark Competition: 

Organize: Hold a bookmark design competition with prizes for creativity and skill.

Judging: Establish clear criteria for judging, such as originality, artistic merit, and adherence to the theme.

केन्द्रीय विद्यालय रंगापहाड़ में 1/11/21 प्रोजेक्ट पर बड़े जोर-शोर से काम चला हुआ है। शिक्षकों और बच्चों के लिए इसके मूल्यावान फायदे हैं, जिनमें बेहतर सीखने के अनुभव, अध्ययन सामग्री तक पहुंच, और शैक्षिक गतिविधियों में भागीदारी शामिल हैं। यह प्रोजेक्ट छात्रों को उनकी शैक्षणिक यात्रा में सहायता करता है।

बेहतर सीखने का अनुभव:

लाइब्रेरी में विभिन्न विषयों पर किताबें, पत्रिकाएँ, और अन्य शैक्षिक सामग्री उपलब्ध होने से छात्रों को अपनी पढ़ाई में मदद मिलती है। वे अपनी रुचि के अनुसार किताबें पढ़ सकते हैं और ज्ञान बढ़ा सकते हैं।

शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन में सुधार:

लाइब्रेरी छात्रों को स्वतंत्र रूप से सीखने की आदत डालती है। वे खुद से किताबें चुनकर पढ़ सकते हैं और अपनी गति से सीख सकतेकों को कक्षा में बेहतर शिक्षण सामग्री प्रदान करने में मदद करता है।

 Students will learn how to choose books based on their reading ability using the Finger Rule. 

Interactive discussion on reading levels and book selection. 

Students pick a book and apply the Finger Rule to determine its difficulty. 

Students connectes with language skills, independent learning and decisions-making.

Observation of students ' book choices, discussion on why a book is too easy/hard. 

Provide additional reading strategies for struggling students.

पुस्तकालय अवधि के दौरान मूक पुस्तक पठन गतिविधि एक शांत और आकर्षक गतिविधि है जो छात्रों को बिना किसी शोर-शराबे के पढ़ने और आनंद लेने की अनुमति देती है। यह गतिविधि छात्रों को पुस्तकों से जुड़ने, उनकी कल्पना शक्ति का विकास करने और पढ़ने की आदत डालने में मदद करती है।

केन्द्रीय विद्यालय रंगापहाड़ छावनी में 21 जून 2025 को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस बड़ी धूमधाम से मनाया गया। इसमें सभी शिक्षक, हितधारक और बच्चों ने भाग लिया।

हर साल 21 जून को पूरा विश्व अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस बड़े उत्साह के साथ मनाता है। यह दिन भारत की हजारों साल पुरानी योग पद्धति को याद करने और इसे दुनिया भर में फैलाने का एक खास अवसर है। योग सिर्फ कुछ शारीरिक व्यायाम नहीं है; यह एक संपूर्ण पद्धति है जो हमारे मन, शरीर और आत्मा को एक साथ जोड़ती है। यह हमें सिखाता है कि कैसे हम अपनी आंतरिक शक्ति को पहचान कर बाहरी दुनिया की चुनौतियों का सामना कर सकते हैं।

योग का नियमित अभ्यास हमें कई तरह से लाभ पहुंचाता है। यह हमारे शरीर को लचीला और मजबूत बनाता है, जिससे हम दिन-प्रतिदिन के काम आसानी से कर सकते हैं। साथ ही यह हमारी एकाग्रता को बढ़ाता है और दिमाग को शांत रखता है, जिससे तनाव और चिंता कम होती है। आज की भागदौड़ भरी जिंदगी में जहां बीमारियां आम हो गई हैं, वहीं योग हमें स्वस्थ रहने में मदद करता है। रोजाना योग करने से ब्लड प्रेशर, शुगर, हृदय रोग और मोटापे जैसी कई जीवनशैली संबंधी बीमारियों को नियंत्रित किया जा सकता है।

International Yoga Day was celebrated with great pomp in Kendriya Vidyalaya Rangapahar  Cantt.on 21 June 2025. All the teachers, stakeholders and children participated in it.

Every year on 21st June, the whole world celebrates International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. This day is a special occasion to remember the thousands of years old yoga practice of India and spread it across the world. Yoga is not just some physical exercise; it is a complete method that connects our mind, body and soul together. It teaches us how we can face the challenges of the outside world by recognizing our inner strength.

Regular practice of yoga benefits us in many ways. It makes our body flexible and strong, so that we can do day-to-day tasks easily. Also, it increases our concentration and keeps the mind calm, which reduces stress and anxiety. In today's fast-paced life, where diseases have become common, yoga helps us to stay healthy. By doing yoga daily, many lifestyle diseases like blood pressure, sugar, heart disease and obesity can be controlled.

Children's Book Week offers numerous engaging activities to foster a love of reading. These include creating a cozy reading nook, organizing a book swap, and engaging in interactive activities like character role-play or designing book covers. Additionally, listening to audiobooks, attending author events, and participating in book quizzes can further enhance the experience. 

Here are some specific activities to consider:

Storytelling:

Encourage children to tell stories, either from books they have read or original stories they create, in Hindi.

Book Discussions:

Facilitate discussions about books in Hindi, encouraging children to share their thoughts and feelings about the story and characters.

Hindi Rhymes and Poems:

Learn and recite Hindi rhymes and poems, promoting language skills and creativity.

Book Character Role-Playing:

Have children dress up as characters from their favorite Hindi stories and act out scenes or dialogues.

Create a Hindi Book Fair:

Set up a book fair with Hindi books, allowing children to explore and choose books they like.

 *World Book Day* was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Kendriya Vidyalaya Ambassa on *30th April 2025.* The event aimed to foster a love for reading among students and to highlight the importance of books in shaping young minds. Various engaging activities were organized under the guidance of the librarian, Ms.Manju 

Activities Conducted:

1. Poster Making Competition:

Students from different classes participated in a creative poster-making competition on the theme “Books: Our Best Friends.” The colorful and imaginative posters reflected the students' understanding and appreciation of books. books.

2. Book Distribution:

As part of the celebration, books were distributed to students to encourage reading habits. The initiative was well-received and helped spread the message of sharing knowledge and resources.Book Review by Students:

Selected students from various classes presented book reviews of their favorite books. They shared the summary, key learnings, and reasons why they recommend the book to their peers. This activity helped enhance critical thinking and communication skills.

4.The event successfully promoted the joy of reading and emphasized the pivotal role books play in education and personal growth. The celebration concluded with words of encouragement from the Principal, who appreciated the efforts of the students and the librarian in making the day meaningful.
